I started Weight Watchers again. Seems like the safest way to get healthy and lose weight.
I liked the morning meeting as it was mostly middle age women like myself. Now, if I could just
motivate myself to walk or bike! I am not big on exercise, but will have to learn to love it.
This weekend when I go camping, I will go for walks. I just enjoy it so much more when I have someone to walk WITH. Everyone is so busy these days, too busy to walk.
